SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received. The shipping cost and delivery method are selected during the checkout process. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your products arrive safely.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at brunnen.collection@gmail.com and provide your order details. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send the replacement product as soon as possible.
